Welcome pack consists of the following:

Full Terms & Conditions:
- Voucher is valid for 12 months from date of issue.
- Voucher is transferable to another vehicle or owner.
- Valid for passenger and light commercial vehicles only.
- Only applicable to service items and service labour (parts, oils & labour relating to routine servicing).
- Voucher must be presented at the time of booking or before the job card is opened.
- Valid only at NEC Service Centre and cannot be redeemed at other dealers or workshops.
- Discount applies only to routine service work and excludes: diagnostic work, electrical repairs, tyres, batteries, accessories, body repairs, or non-service-related labour.
- Only one voucher may be redeemed per vehicle per visit.
- Voucher has no cash value, may not be exchanged for cash, and cannot be used as credit.
- Voucher may not be combined with other promotions, discounts, or service specials.
- NEC Service Centre is not responsible for lost, damaged, or expired vouchers and will not reissue them.
- Discount is applied after VAT has been calculated on the qualifying service items.
- All work carried out is subject to NEC Service Centre's standard service and warranty policies.
