I took my 5 year old X Trail in for its 75 000 Km service. We had bought the vehicle from Pieter Nortje of Nissan Eastern Cape and have remained friendly ever since. He is always polite and prepared to chat as we wait for our pickup to go shopping; we live in Port Alfred. The service was because we’re going to Cape Town to see whether our retirement home (one day) in Helderberg Manor was finally ready.
As usual my wife chatted to Pieter; nearby was a new car was waiting to be handed over to its new owners. Resplendent with a huge red bow, red carpet alongside etc etc.
Liz mentioned to Pieter how poorly we had been treated by our Construction Company with the handover of our far more
expensive home! During the discussion she asked about a new car. When we returned to collect our car we were asked to check in with Pieter. To my surprise we were handed a folder with a trade-in proposal on a brand new XTrail which was on a special.
I accepted and what followed was attention to detail, a continual update on progress (in spite of two public holidays in one week) and a final handover with briefings to the nth degree on the vehicle. Great sales skills equal return customers. What a pleasure!

I would like to inform you of the type of service received from your team at the end of last year when I experienced problems with my vehicle. I have learned that parts are not readily available here in Port Elizabeth compared to the Pretoria branches where I come from. I am also aware that it is even more difficult to obtain parts before and during holiday seasons. However, I must inform you that I received the best ever service from your spare parts division (Wilma in particular) when I ordered my parts. All my parts were correct and came on time as discussed during the ordering process. I was also contacted as soon as the parts arrived.
This, truly is an extra ordinary service which I thought I should share.
I would like to take this opportunity on behalf of myself and my colleagues to heap praise on Vino Naidoo for the outstanding service we have received, and continue to receive from him.
His turnaround times, from us sending the quote to him for prices until receiving it back are incredible! We deal with many parts interpreters in town during the course of our daily business and no one has yet topped Vino for speed and accuracy!
You should be proud of the service delivered by him, and although I am aware that many employers expect this kind of service from their employees, it is our opinion that Vino is exceptional in his daily duties.

From the minute I walked into this Nissan Dealership everything was as if it was choreographed beforehand. A couple of steps into the door and I met David. We chatted about the reason for my being there. He was enormously helpful and certainly passionate about his trade. Knows his product and totally understood my needs. A while later I met Kestell, equally knowledgeable and efficient she arranged all the required paperwork which from my perspective seemed effortless. From then on I was in and out of the dealership on a number of occasions. There were some questions and problems which occurred which David also sorted out apparently effortlessly. I cannot praise these two people adequately and would highly recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to approach them. I am certainly not sorry and I am absolutely positive that no one dealing with them will be disappointed.

Asook vir die konstante terugvoering wat ons ontvang het waar in ons heeltyd in kennis gestel is en op hoogte gehou is van waar ons staan met sake.
Dit bitter min wat mens nog sulke fantastiese diens ontvang in Suid Afrika en nog minder wat jy dit ondervind in die oos kaap. Dis rerig wonderlik om te weet daar is nog sulke diens daar buite en mense wat uit hulle pad gaan om die proses vir jou te vergemaklik.
Ek kan ook by se toe ons gister by julle verkoopsvloer inloop is ons dadelik gegroet en dadelik in die regte rigting gestuur. Julle het rerig n goeie span mense wat vir julle werk en ons kan nie genoeg dankie se vir dit nie. Soos ek voorheen gese het dit is bitter min wat jy sulke diens en vriendelikheid ontvang en ek is rerig amper half verbaas daaroor na al die slegte diens wat ons gekry het by bekende nuwe motorhandelaars en tweede handse motor verkopers. Ons was tot in Johannesburg vir n motor en op n staduim in pretoria ook gedraai, met gevolg talle oproepe en e-posse en geen vordering. Hoeveel keer gehoor hulle skakel ons nou terug en tot en met vandag nie weer van hulle gehoor nie.
So ek kan met n goeie hart se dit is nog sover die beste diens wat ek ontvang en my vrou ontvang het.
Baie baie dankie aan Flippie en Ilona dat julle my vrou se droom bewaarheid het. Dis haar eerste motor wat sy finansier en sowel ook haar eerste motor wat sy splintrnuut uit die box uit koop. Alhoewel ander dit vir ons n nagmerrie gemaak het , het julle dit vir ons weer n mooi droom gemaak en dit bewaarheid.

I could not use the radio on my Almera, which I bought 2nd hand from Ted Smook who is apparently an old customer of yours. This was because of the battery being replaced. The previous owner did not have the radio’s PIN anymore.
I went to Nissan dealers in Roodepoort on Ontdekkers road and Clearwater Nissan – both of them wanted to charge me for a 4 digit pin.
The only person interested in helping me, was George – because of his help I got the details needed and he got the PIN for me. My radio is playing again.
This is really going the extra mile, such dedication to provide excellent customer service is not often encountered. On top of that, this was done in less than 30 minutes!!!

I recently purchased a Nissan NP200 from Nissan Eastern Cape.The Sales Executive was Mr. Jason Bosch.
I was fully aware of the Nissan Warranty.
On a Saturday last month the vehicle had a problem in a remote area.
I contacted Mr. Bosch who assured me they would sort it out. The response by the Service Technician was incredible. Unfortunately they had to remove the vehicle from where it was standing. I was contacted later to be told that my vehicle was ready for collection. What a surprise, the vehicle was cleaned inside and out.

I was surprised and delighted by the whole experience and the treatment received from everyone of your staff members with whom I came in contact.
From the time I booked the vehicle into to the time it was delivered back to us we were kept informed of the progress of the service and when my wife had an emergency call-out, you had no hesitation in sending her a courtesy vehicle.
The mechanical work was also carried out to our complete satisfaction and the vehicle delivered to us in a spotless condition.
A few days after receiving the vehicle back, we were contacted by telephone and a further few days after that’s by sms to make sure we were still happy.

Ek en my man Rico Kemp het ons nuwe motors op Vrydag 29 Julie om 16:30 by Jason kom afhaal. Rico het ‘n 4Liter Navara gekoop en ek julle limited edition Qashqai. Geen tyd was gespaar op die laat Vrydag middag om die werking van die motors aan ons te verduidelik nie – al het dit al donker geword!
Ons wil baie graag u en u personeel en in besonder Jason bedank prys vir die wonderlike diens wat ons van die instap tot en met opvolg oproepe ontvang het.
Ons het nog nie sulke vriendelike diens by enige handelaar met wie ons al in die verlede gedeel het of besoek het, ontvang nie.
Ons is werklik baie trots en gelukkig met ons nuwe Nissan voertuie!

Nissan Motors On the public holiday a few weeks back my family got into my Murano to go to Walmer Park.The vehicle would not start so I phoned their after hours number. I was offered excellent service and within an hour somebody was at my house to check the battery (which was dead). Thank you to all from Nissan who helped me .(Via WOMF)

I bought my vehicle, Nissan Almera from Nissan in July Month from Sales David Barratt, and ever since then any problems that I have had on the vehicle David has provided me with excellent service though out the time. I am treated like a customer that has bought a brand new R 500 000 rand vehicle. Nissan is by far the best so far compared to the other companies that I have dealt with in the past and will recommend Nissan to all.

Ek wil dit net graag onder jou aandag bring dat jy in Henry Benn en Nathasha by die diensafdeling 2 persone het waarop jy voorwaar trots kan wees. Ek ry nou al lank Nissans en Henry het my nog altyd goed behandel en die moeite wat hy vi ”n mens doen gaan nie ongesiens verby nie.
Natasha is vriendelik en lewer werklik waar goeie diens. Sy gaan baie vir julle besigheid werd wees as sy bly daar waar sy nou is.
Hoop dat jy en jou span ‘n wonderlike Feestyd sal he en mag 2010 ‘n baie suksesvolle jaar vir julle wees.

Ons het twee jaar beplan en uitgesien na ons toer na Mosambiek gedurende die lang Junie/Julie skoolvakansie,toe die tyd aanbreek om van Worcester te vertrek het ek my Nissan Pathfinder laat diens en deurgaan vir die soos verwagte moeilike terrein waar ons gaan ry,ons was drie gesinne wat saam getoer het en ‘n man wil nie ‘n meulsteen om die nek van jou mede reisigers wees met ‘n voertuig wat nie goed gediens en nagegaan is nie.
Helaas, ons was net anderkant Ashton toe die moeilikheid begin ,die kar wil nie trek nie en rook pikswart sodra ek die diesel pedaal trap, ons vorder tot by Riversdal waar die diesel filters vervang word en ons vertrek met goeie moed en baie vertroue, maar niks het verander nie ,dit is nog steeds rookwolke en ‘n gekners van tande.
Ons sukkel aan tot in Port Elizabeth en hier begin my storie wat ek eintlik wil vertel ,wat ek oortuig oor voel ander Nissan Pathfinder en Navarra eienaars tot voordeel kan wees.Ons maak kontak met die diensbestuurder Colin Sanderson by Nissan Eastern Cape,wat geen moeite ontsien om ons op ‘n gegewe punt te ontmoet sodat ons hom kon volg deur die strate en omgewing wat vir ons onbekend is tot by die Nissan agentskap.
Daar ontmoet ek twee vriendelike en baie hulpvaardige jongmanne,George Skorbinski en Shane Bowles wat hulle etenstyd los en ten spyte van die feit dat hulle die betrokke dag a.g.v. die sokker wat in die Stadium skuins voor die agentskap sou plaasvind,vroÃ«er as gewoonlik kon huis toe gaan aan, die werk spring en na die fout begin soek sodat ons weer so gou moontlik op die pad kan wees.
Hulle bevinding was iets wat ek in my wildste drome nooit kon dink nie,die plek waar ek die motor laat diens het,het twee liter olie te veel ingegooi en dit het die probleme veroorsaak want, nadat hulle die olie afgetap het en weer gevul het met die regte hoeveelheid was alle probleme opgelos en kon ons rustig verder toer. Gedurende die hele proses het ek het nooit onwelkom of in die pad gevoel nie en die beste van alles is, toe ek wou betaal, vir wat ek beskou het as uitstekende diens was my meegedeel dat daar geen koste is nie.Nodeloos om te se, Colin en sy span het my oortuig dat my volgende voertuig weer ‘n Nissan sal wees.
